TBCS-0010 - Teflon Bellows Single component seal for Pumps and Reactors

The TBCS-0010 is a Teflon Bellows single component seal with optional single row setscrew shaft drive. The seal is externally mounted and designed specifically for pumps, mixers, agitators, and reactors operating in process environments.

Engineered for reliability and efficiency, this seal features non-metallic wetted parts, hydraulically balanced seal faces that are specifically engineered for dry, marginal lubrication operation, ensuring superior performance under varying pressures and speeds.

Key Features:

• GFT Dry Running Seal face technology ensures no barrier / buffer fluid contamination of the process fluid. Preferably operates on inert gas such as nitrogen.
• Single Component Seal – Provides a rotary inboard seal with springs out of the product media.
• Non-Metallic Wetted Parts - Ideal solution for reactors and vessels containing highly corrosive liquids and gases. Seal can be supplied with a glass (enamel) lined flange to the dimensions of DIN 28-159 (where applicable)
• Externally Mounted - The component seal design allows for the seal to be installed direct to an equipment plate without the need for a stuffing box/seal chamber.
• Hydraulically Balanced Seal Faces – Minimizes wear and enhances seal longevity, reducing maintenance and downtime.
• Shrouded Rotary Construction – The springs are protected from external debris/contamination by a GFT shroud.
• Integral wear indicator - Provides the operator with clear indication of seal face wear and/or seal replacement requirement
• Seal Faces - Can be supplied in a variety of materials (see below)
• Options - Single Row Setscrew Clamp Ring - for medium-heavy seal to shaft drive, Stationary seal face and Gland plate assembly and Safety Spray Guard
